When the TV went interviewing at one, people were pulling up in 2 year old cars! One woman they interviewed and her i phone starts ringing in her back pocket. The guy interviewing raised his eyebrows and just said "back to the studio!" I worked in city centres at these so called poor peoples flats, I guarantee they had 50 inch TV's, mobile phones and I was constantly moving designer trainers etc to do my job. Poverty in the UK is rare...it's put on by people after freebies imo.

The members would show there strength of feeling for something if the majority of the membership (which this unions upper echelons seemingly fail to recognise) hadn’t lost all faith in the people that represent our interests. The company is losing money due to poor quality managers within the company . Keeping staff. People are leaving in their droves. People are using other options to get their mail from other companies. We need to get a better way of working
